We demonstrate a hybrid all-optical 160 Gchip/s encoder-decoder system based on fiber delay lines and a SSFBG. Our experiments confirm the possibility of using this approach in reconfigurable point-to-point optical correlation systems.

Abstract

We demonstrate a hybrid all-optical 160 Gchip/s encoder-decoder system based on fiber delay lines and a SSFBG. Our experiments confirm the possibility of using this approach in reconfigurable point-to-point optical correlation systems.
