Funding Information
We have a variety of funding options available to help you cover the cost of your PhD, including fully funded places for UK, EU and International students.
The main costs of your PhD are the programme fees and your living expenses, below is an outline of the funding options that were available for 2012 entry. Details for 2013 entry will be online shortly, once we have received confirmation of the bursary level from the EPSRC.

DTA - Doctoral Training Account (allocated by the Research Council)
IDS - International Doctoral Scholarship, which allows us to convert an ‘international’ student to home status and full DTA eligibility
Self Funding
Self funded students will be required to cover their own programme fees, detailed below and living expenses (recommended minimum level £8k per year).
